摘 要:目的:对卫生统计学试卷进行质量分析,以了解学生对知识的掌握程度,为进一步提高教学质量提供依据。方法:对石河子大学医学院2015级预防医学专业《卫生统计学》试卷进行信度、效度、覆盖度、区分度、难度进行统计分析。结果:68名学生的成绩呈正态分布,平均成绩为(69.74±12.10)分,及格率为77.9%;试卷信度为0.67,效度为0.82,总难度为0.7,区分度为0.29;各题型间相关系数均大于0.2,故覆盖度较低。结论:预防医学专业《卫生统计学》试卷设计信度、效度较好,总体难度较易,区分度有待提高。Objective:To analyze the quality of health statistics examination papers in order to understand the students mastery of knowledge and provide basis for further improving the teaching quality.Methods:The reliability,validity,coverage,degree of differentiation and difficulty of the test paper“Health Statistics”for the preventive medicine major of Grade 2015 in Shihezi University School of Medicine were analyzed statistically.Results:The scores of 68 students were normal distribution,with an average score of(69.74±12.10)and a pass rate of 77.9%.The reliability of the test paper was 0.67,the validity was 0.82,the total difficulty was 0.7,the degree of differentiation was 0.29,the coverage was lower,all of which were greater than 0.2.Conclusion:The reliability and validity of the test paper are good,the overall difficulty and the degree of discrimination need to be improved.
