摘　　要：高职院校是我国专业人才培养的重要基地,在社会人才培养过程中发挥重要作用。房产专业是高职院校的重要专业,在房产行业迅速发展的今天,高职院校房产专业教育成为社会关注的重点。本文主要结合当前社会房产人才的需求以及高职院校房产专业教学的实际情况,分析了高职房产专业人才培养模式有关问题。higher vocational colleges are an important base for professional personnel training in China and play an important role in the process of social personnel training.Real estate major is an important major in higher vocational colleges.With the rapid development of real estate industry,education has become the focus of social attention.Based on the demand of real estate talents and the actual situation of real estate teaching in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the problems related to the training mode of real estate professionals in higher vocational colleges.
