摘　　要：初中阶段的学生正处于身心发展的关键时期,是价值观形成的重要阶段。在初中阶段的教育中,对学生进行德育教育是教育中的重点内容。班主任在进行班级管理时也要将德育工作放在班级管理工作中的第一位。因此,班主任应该在社会主义价值观的引导下结合学生的实际情况对学生进行德育教育,从而使学生形成良好的道德品质。本文针对如何将社会主义核心价值观渗透到班级文化建设中提出了几点策略。the students in junior high school are in the critical period of physical and mental development,which is an important stage of the formation of values.In education of junior high school,education of moral education is the key content of education.The head teacher should also put moral education in the first place in the class management.Therefore,the class teacher should conduct moral education education in combination with the actual situation of students under the guidance of socialist values,so as to form a good moral quality for students.This paper proposes several strategies on how to infiltrate socialist core values into the construction of class culture.
