摘　　要：中高职衔接是构建现代职业教育体系,实现职业教育科学化的关键。本文根据当前地方高校中-高职教育衔接出现的基本模式,探讨中高职教育衔接对于“双师型”教师教学能力发展带来的挑战,分析双师型教学能力发展的必要性和可行性。it is the key to construct the modern vocational education system and realize the scientific development of vocational education.
