摘  要:民办高校实现可持续发展需具备稳定性、效益性、创新性和和谐性和四个特性。本文从民办高校教师幸福感对民办高校可持续发展四个方面的影响出发,阐述了教师幸福感对民办高校可持续发展的重要性,从而促使民办高校更加关注教师的精神需求和物质需求,调动教师的工作积极性、创造性,通过提升教师幸福感从而促进民办高校可持续发展。the sustainable development of private universities needs four characteristics:stability,efficiency,innovation and harmony.Based on the influence of teachers'happiness on the four aspects of the sustainable development of private colleges and universities,this paper expounds the importance of teachers'happiness to the sustainable development of private colleges and universities,thus promoting the private colleges and universities to pay more attention to teachers'spiritual needs and material needs,mobilize teachers'enthusiasm and creativity,and improve the teachers'fortune.The sense of blessing promotes the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.
