广西高职院校课程思政师资队伍培训存在的问题及策略研究

摘　　要：广西高职院校高度重视课程思政师资队伍的培训工作。文章分析广西高职院校在课程思政师资队伍培训过程中存在的问题,并从制度保障、培训内容、培训方式和反馈机制等四个方面提出了相应策略。Higher Vocational Colleges in Guangxi attach great importance to the training of Ideological and political teachers. This paper analyses the problems existing in the training process of Ideological and political teachers in Guangxi higher vocational colleges, and puts forward corresponding strategies from four aspects: system guarantee, training content, training methods and feedback mechanism.
