摘 要:组织情商能为组织绩效做出贡献,从而推动组织的成长与发展,故组织情商近年来成为研究热点。文章梳理了国内外关于组织情商与组织绩效关系的研究成果,对组织情商的内涵及类型、组织情商对组织绩效的影响路径等方面的研究进行归纳梳理,并对以往研究进行评述,提出未来研究展望。Organizational EQ has become a hot topic in recent years. Organizational EQ can contribute to organizational performance, thus promoting the growth and development of the organization. This paper reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the relationship between organizational emotional quotient and organizational performance. Firstly, it summarizes the connotation and types of organizational emotional quotient. Secondly, it compares the impact of organizational emotional quotient on organizational performance from both direct and indirect levels. Finally, it comments on previous studies and puts forward future research prospects.
