摘　　要：在新媒体时代,信息互动及交友平台、短视频直播平台,极大丰富了信息来源渠道,拓宽了传播路径,以"短小精悍,快、新"为基调的信息形式急速蔓延,提升了人们获取信息的速度与范围,缩短了个体与信息源之间建立联系的时间,降低了以个人为单位传播信息的成本,营造出"全民记者"型的网络快餐文化氛围.新媒体时代的主力军多为95后、00后,即高校思政辅导员所面对的群体,因此新时代对辅导员思政引导与教育工作提出了新的要求,直面机遇与挑战.In the new media era, information interaction and friend-making platforms and short video live broadcasting plat-forms have greatly enriched the channels of information sources and broadened the communication path. The information for-ms based on the keynote of "short, concise, fast and new" have spread rapidly, increasing the speed and scope of people's access to information, shortening the time of establishing links between individuals and information sources, and reducing the spread of letters by individuals. The cost of interest creates a "national journalist" type of cultural atmosphere of online fast food. In the new media era, the main force is mostly the post-95 and Post-00 generations, that is, the group faced by the ideological and political instructors in Colleges and universities. Therefore, the new era puts forward new requirements for the ideological and political guidance and education of the instructors, facing opportunities and challenges directly.
