摘  要:2015年,《中共中央关于加强和改进党的群团工作的意见》颁发,对新形势下党的群团工作质量与效益提升的紧迫性和重要性进行了探讨。高职院校是我国高等职业教育中重要的部分,广大青年学生在高职院校中加入团组织以期获得更好的发展,而班级团支部活力一直以来都是影响基层团组织运行质量的关键环节,要想在新形势下加强高职院校内党的群团工作建设,有必要在明确高职院校活力团支部建设的积极意义的基础上对其目前存在的主要问题进行分析,继而提出具有针对性的改进意见,促进高职院校活力团支部建设,更好的为学生服务。In 2015, the "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party on Strengthening and Improving the Party's Group and LeagueWork" was issued, and the urgency and importance of improving the quality and efficiency of the Party's Group and League work under the new situation were discussed. Higher vocational colleges are an important part of higher vocational education in China. The majority of young students join League organizations in higher vocational colleges in order to achieve better development. The vitality of Class League branches has always been a key link affecting the quality of operation of grassroots League organizations. In order to strengthen the construction of the Party's League work in Higher Vocational Colleges under the new situation Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the main problems on the basis of defining the positive significance of the construction of the vigorous League branch in higher vocational colleges, and then put forward some suggestions for improvement, so as to promote the construction of the vigorous League branch in higher vocational colleges and serve the students better.
