摘　　要：本文针对社会对软件行业人才的需求,探索基于校企合作办学的软件工程专业人才培养模式的改革.笔者以井冈山大学电子与信息工程学院软件工程专业为例,对软件工程专业的培养方案、课程体系、考核方式、师资队伍建设进行了研究和实践.In the view of the social demand to the software talents, the paper searches the reform of the training mode of software engineering talents based on the university-enterprise cooperation of the and.
