摘　　要：现代高校的管理和发展积极适合社会经济建设的目标,为了满足社会需求和国家在文化教育方面的发展,各大高校纷纷落实教学管理,强化作风建设,为高校发展提供坚实的基础.辅导员作为高校学生思想教育的主要力量,承担着一定的社会责任,为此,辅导员的作风和素质对学生、学校的进步起着关键作用.高校正在积极努力,引导辅导员积极参与到作风建设中,强化其个人能力和思想水平,注重遵纪守法和崇德厚礼方面的培养,努力建设一支"政治强、业务精、纪律严、作风正"的辅导员队伍.The management and development of modern universities are actively suited to the goal of social and economic construction. In order to meet the needs of the society and the development of the country in cultural education, major universities have implemented teaching management and strengthened the construction of work style, providing a solid foundation for the development of colleges and universities. As the main force of college students' ideological education, counselors bear certain social responsibilities. For this reason, the style and quality of counselors play a key role in the progress of students and schools. Colleges and universities are actively working hard to guide counselors to actively participate in the work style construction, strengthen their personal abilities and ideological level, pay attention to the cultivation of law-abiding and moral integrity, and strive to build a "political, professional, disciplined, and styled work style" counselor team.
