消费者视角下网售进口食品安全监管满意度影响因素分析

摘　　要：通过问卷调查,收集整理消费者视角下网售进口食品安全问题的相关数据,利用主成分分析提炼关键指标,构建oLogit模型,分析网售进口食品安全监管满意度在政府部门、网售平台以及消费者方面的影响因素。研究结果表明:网售进口食品安全监管满意度受到网售平台监管水平、政府部门监管水平以及消费者自我保护知识水平的显著正向影响等。据此,为保障我国网售进口食品安全提供启示建议。Based on collecting the relevant data on the imported food safety problem in online sales from the perspective of consumers by questionnaires, this paper refines the key indicators of imported food safety supervision satisfaction in online sales by Principal Component Analysis, and constructs the oLogit model. And then, it analyzes the influencing factors of imported food safety supervision satisfaction about the aspects of government departments, online sales platforms and consumers. Results show that, the imported food safety supervision satisfaction is significantly positively affected by the supervision level of online sales platform, the supervision level of government departments and the level of consumer self-protection knowledge. Accordingly, it puts some suggestion of safeguarding the imported food safety in online sales in China.
