摘 要:由于传统的组织学与胚胎学的教学模式课堂教学效果不理想的现状,探究以微课为基础的反转课堂教学模式对组织学与胚胎学教学的影响,以便进一步提高高职临床专业组织学与胚胎学的教学效果,并为以后开展基于微课的反转课堂教学模式的研究提供借鉴和参考。方法:菏泽医学专科学校2017级临床专业2个班学生为实验组(采用以微课为基础的翻转课堂教学模式),而同年级同专业的2个班学生为对照组(采用传统教学模式)。结果:实验组学生的期末成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验班学生的学习主动性、学习兴趣和对知识的理解力比对照班均显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:基于微课的反转课堂教学模式可以明显的提高组织学与胚胎学的教学效果,有利于提高学生的学习兴趣和学习的积极性主动性、有利于提高学生的学习成绩,该学习模式值得进一步研究和推广。Due to the unsatisfactory effect of traditional teachingmode of histology and Embryology in classroomteaching,this paper explores the influence of reverse classroomteachingmode based onmicro-class on histology and embryology teaching,so as to further improve the teaching effect of histology and Embryology in clinical specialty ofHigherVocational colleges,and to provide reference for the future research of reverse classroomteachingmode based onmicro-class.Methods Two classes of clinical students of grade 2017 in HezeMedical Collegewere selected as experimental group (using flipped classroomteachingmode based onmicro-lessons),while two classes of students of the same grade and major were used as control group (using traditional teaching mode). Results The final scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05);the learning initiative,interest and understanding of knowledge of the students in the experimental class were significantly improved than those in the control class (P< 0.01).Conclusion:The reversed classroomteachingmode based onmicro-lessons can significantly improve the teaching effect of histology and embryology,and is conducive to improving students' learning interest and learning enthusiasm. Sexual initiative is conducive to improving students' academic performance,and this learningmodel deserves further research and promotion.
