摘 要:针对某企业FOM-EP型板簧淬火生产线设计了一种板簧淬火辅助机器人,用于辅助BCY3-1800型板簧淬火机进行板簧淬火工序。由回转台机构、机械臂机构、夹具机构组成的机器人,借助加热炉前与机器人上的视觉传感器检测板簧出炉形态、淬火机工作状态与夹具加持状态,使其配合控制系统完成机器人自动夹取、搬运板簧,并实现机器人之间的信息交互。同时,根据现场采集到的板簧出炉时间间隔、板簧运输时间、板簧淬火时间等相关数据,利用列表法对上述数据进行分析处理,优化机器人与淬火机数量,降低企业生产成本,进一步推动车间自动化进程。An assisted robot for leaf spring quenching was designed for FOM-EP leaf spring quenching production line,which helped the BCY3-1800 leaf spring hardening machine with leaf spring quenching.With the help of vision sensors placed on the robot and in front of the furnace,the robot consisted of a rotary table mechanism,a robotic arm mechanism and a jig mechanism,can detect the form and status of leaf spring releasing from the furnace,the working status of the hardening machine and the holding status of the jig mechanism,which makes the robot cooperate with the control system to do the holding and springs transporting automatically and also realize the information interaction between robots.At the meantime,according to the relevant data of the leaf spring release time interval,leaf spring transportation and quenching time collected by the site,the data above-mentioned is analyzed and processed by the list method to optimize the number of robots and quenching machines and reduce the cost on productions,which further promotes the workshop automation process.
