摘  要:为明确低温冷藏对黄粉虫生长发育的影响,本试验以生长状况良好的黄粉虫老熟幼虫为研究对象,分别在4℃和-4℃的条件下进行5、10、15、20、25、30d低温处理,测定不同处理下的蛹化率、羽化率、蛹化历期和羽化历期等指标。结果表明,4℃低温冷藏对本试验研究意义不大,当冷藏时间长于5d时,随着冷藏时间的延长,黄粉虫耐受力逐渐减弱,黄粉虫幼虫存活率显著下降;-4℃冷藏5d是保存黄粉虫种源较适宜的温度和时间。In this experiment, the mature larvae of Tenebrio molitor with good growth condition were treated for 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 days at 4℃ and -4℃respectively. The effects of pupation rate, eclosion rate, pupation duration and eclosion duration on the growth and development of Tenebrio molitor under different treatments were determined. The results showed that the cold storage at 4℃ had little significance for this experiment. When the cold storage time was longer than 5 days, the tolerance of Tenebrio molitor decreased gradually and the survival rate of larvae decreased significantly with the prolongation of the cold storage time. Therefore, it was concluded that the optimum temperature and time for preservation of Tenebrio molitor were -4℃ for 5 days.
