摘  要:德国“工业4.0”导致了德国就业结构、劳动力市场需求出现新变化,德国职业教育面临新的形势,从而催生了“职业教育4.0”的到来。“职业教育4.0”呈现出培训理念、培训目标、培训模式等一系列职业教育培训要求的新变化、新趋向。研究德国职业教育变化发展的新动向,对于“中国制造”向“中国智造”转变,推动新旧动能转换与经济结构转型,落实十九大提出的经济高质量发展具有重要的借鉴意义。Germany's "Industry 4.0" has led to new changes in Germany's employment structure and labor market demand, resulting in a new situation of German vocational education, which has given birth to the arrival of "Vocational Education 4.0"."Vocational education 4.0" presents a series of new changes and new trends in the requirements of vocational education and training, such as training philosophy, training objectives and training mode. The study of the new trend of the change and development of German vocational education has important referential significance for the transformation from "Made in China" to "Intelligently Made in China", the transformation of old and new driving forces and the transformation of economic structure, and the implementation of the high-quality economic development proposed at the 19th National Congress of China.
