基于产教融合的医药卫生类高职校办学机制及对策

摘　　要：构建产教融合的办学机制是医药卫生类高职校提高区域产业服务能力和内涵办学质量的重要途径。目前,医药卫生类高职校存在封闭化、同质化、单一化、行政化等办学问题,主要原因是行业产业主体地位缺失、政府职能缺位、企业价值取向不同和顶层设计不完善。由此,提出“一体两翼三融合”的办学机制,“一体”即政行院校多元协同的办学共同体,“两翼”即混合所有制和企业大学的办学机制,“三融合”即人才培养模式的产教融合、国内外办学机制融合、专业与产业融合。同时,从错位发展、整合优质教育资源、引进国际行业标准、提升社会服务能力和文化融合的角度,提出了构建产教融合的办学机制的对策。Constructing running mechanism of integration of production and education is an important way to improve the regional industrial service ability and quality of education in medical and health high vocational colleges. At present, there are some problems on the running mechanism of medical and health vocational colleges, such as closure, homogeneity, simplification and administerization. The main reasons are the absence of industry main body status, the absence of government functions, the different value orientation of enterprises and the imperfection of top-level design. The article puts forward a school running mechanism of "one body, two wings and three integration ","one body" refers to the school community consists of government, industry and vocational colleges," two wings " refers to mixed ownership and the running mechanism of enterprise universities," three integration " refers to the talent training mode of the integration of production and education, domestic and foreign educational mechanism integration, professional and industrial integration. At the same time, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to construct the school-running mechanism of integration of industry and education from the angle of dislocation development, integration of high-quality education resources, introduction of international industry standards, promotion of social service capacity and cultural integration.
