摘　　要：目的探讨计算机作业疗法联合社会技能训练对慢性精神分裂症患者康复的有效性。方法采用随机数字表法将110例社区精神分裂症患者分为干预组与对照组,对照组予以抗精神病药物治疗和常规社区精神卫生服务,干预组在对照组基础上辅以3个月的计算机作业疗法及社会技能训练。分别于干预前、干预后1、6、12个月末采用阴性症状量表(SANS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)和服药依从性对两组患进行训练效果评定。结果训练后干预组患者SANS、SDSS量表总分和服药依从性与对照组进行对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论计算机作业疗法联合社会技能训练能明显改善社区精神分裂症患者的阴性症状和社会功能缺陷,提高服药依从性,对促进患者康复有积极作用,可在社区康复中推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of computer assignment therapy combined with social skills training on rehabilitation of schizophrenia patients in community. Methods 110 patients with schizophrenia in community were divided into intervention group and control group by random number table method. Antipsychotic drugs and routine community mental health services were given to the control group. The intervention group was supplemented with 3 months of computer assignment therapy and social skills training. The training effect of the two groups was evaluated by the negative symptom scale(SANS), the social disability screening scale(SDSS) and the medication compliance before the intervention, and 1, 6 and 12 months after the intervention. Results The scores of SANS and SDSS scores and medication compliance in the intervention group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Computer assignment therapy combined with social skills training can significantly improve the negative symptoms and social function defects of community schizophrenia patients, improve medication compliance, and have a positive effect on promoting rehabilitation of patients, thus can be promoted and applied in community rehabilitation.
