摘 要:U-G-F-S中小学教师专业发展模式是田家炳基金会(Foundation)参与高校(University)、地方政府(Government)、中小学(School)促进教师专业发展形成的四方协同共生新机制。模式以互惠共生,民主协商,资源互补和主动发展为理念,以转变教师专业发展理念、优化教师专业发展资源、建构教师专业发展协同机制、培养时代良师、促进学校整体性发展为目标,强化四方联动,形成教师专业发展共同体。运行机制是基金会协同地方政府错位实施教师专业发展;大学依托优势团队协同诊脉中小学教师专业发展需求;大学协同精准规划教师专业发展课程方案;尝试汰选机制,实施发展性培训。The TianJiabing Foundation,in collaboration with the government,universities,primary and secondary schools,has formed the“U-G-F-S”model for the professional development of teachers.This model upholds the philosophy of reciprocity,negotiation,complementary and initiative.This model also stays committed to the goals of transforming the concepts of teacher professional development,optimizing the resources for teacher professional development,establishing a collaborative mechanism for teacher professional development and cultivating good teachers and promoting the development of schools and education at large.In particular,“U-G-F-S”model emphasizes the cooperation among the four parties involved and eventually build a community of shared future for teachers.To this,the foundation cooperates with local governments to carry forward teacherprofessional development;and joins hand with universitiesto launch courses to meet the needs of primary and middle school teachers and help them developing career plans.Moreover,the foundation also utilizes elimination mechanism,and implements the developmental training.
