七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗青少年屈光不正视疲劳疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗青少年屈光不正视疲劳的临床疗效。方法70例青少年屈光不正视疲劳患者,按照治疗方法的不同分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组患者给予融合训练方法治疗,观察组患者给予七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、舒适度评分、屈光度、治疗时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率91.4%高于对照组的71.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组患者舒适度评分、屈光度分别为(1.7±1.1)分、(-1.7±0.3)D,观察组患者舒适度评分、屈光度分别为(1.8±0.9)分、(-1.8±0.2)D,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者舒适度评分(3.2±1.1)分、屈光度(-1.1±0.1)D优于对照组的(2.1±0.8)分、(-1.6±0.8)D,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗时间为(100.8±15.4)d,对照组患者治疗时间为(122.4±16.7)d,观察组患者治疗时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率5.7%明显低于对照组的22.9%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对青少年屈光不正视疲劳患者实施七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗的临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in the treatment of adolescent asthenopia caused by ametropia.Methods A total of 70 adolescent patients with asthenopia caused by ametropia were divided by different treatment methods into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fusion training,and the observation group was treated with esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.Comparison were made on treatment effect,comfort score,diopter,treatment time and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The observation group had higher total treatment effective rate as 91.4%than 71.4%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the control group had comfort score and diopter respectively as(1.7±1.1)points and(-1.7±0.3)D,which were(1.8±0.9)points and(-1.8±0.2)D in the observation group.Their difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had better comfort score as(3.2±1.1)points and diopter as(-1.1±0.1)D than(2.1±0.8)points and(-1.6±0.8)D in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had treatment time as(100.8±15.4)d,which was(122.4±16.7)d in the control group.The observation group had obviously shorter treatment time than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 5.7%than 22.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops shows remarkable clinical efficacy for adolescent patients with asthenopia caused by ametropia,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
