合作网络和知识网络对国内农林类高校创新绩效的影响研究

摘　　要：农林类高校在农业科研创新以国内41所农林类高校2005-2016年发明类专利申请数据为样本,在构造其合作网络和知识网络的基础上,深入探讨两个网络的结构洞和度中心性对高校创新绩效的影响。研究发现,合作网络中申请人的结构洞和度中心性及知识网络中知识元素的结构洞和度中心性都与高校创新绩效具有显著倒U形关系,申请人的度中心性与结构洞平方项的交互作用、申请人的结构洞与度中心性平方项的交互作用、知识元素的度中心性与结构洞二次方的交互作用都对农林类高校创新绩效具有显著的正向或负向调节作用。Taking into account the pivotal role played by agricultural and forestry universities in agricultural scientific research and innovation, based on the data of the invention patent applications of 41 agricultural and forestry universities in China from 2005 to 2016, based on the construction of their cooperation network and knowledge network, studies the influence of the structural holes and degree of the two networks on the innovation performance of colleges and universities. The research finds that the structural hole and degree of the applicant in the cooperation network and the structural hole and degree centrality of the knowledge elements in the knowledge network have a significant inverted U - shaped relationship with the innovation performance of the university, and the applicant' s degree of centrality and structural hole The interaction of the squared term, the interaction between the applicant' s structural hole and the central squared term, the degree of centrality of the knowledge element and the interaction of the structural hole quadratic all have significant positive or negative effectsfor the innovation performance of the agricultural and forestry universities.
