偏头痛相关症状分析及其在精神科临床上的治疗

摘　　要：目的分析偏头痛在临床上的相关症状,探讨心理治疗在偏头痛在精神科临床上的应用。方法选取160例偏头痛患者,随机分为研究组(药物结合心理治疗组)和对照组(单纯药物组)各80例,对比两组患者相关症状消除和治疗效果,症状改变用汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和抑郁量表(HAMD)进行测查,疗效用有效率进行对比。结果研究组焦虑和抑郁症状有了明显改善,对照组焦虑和抑郁症状没有明显缓解,研究组有效率为95%,对照组有效率为65%,研究组疗效优于对照组。结论根据疗效分析,药物治疗合并心理治疗在精神科临床上值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical symptoms of migraine and explore the clinical application of migraine in psychiatric department.Methods 160 patients with migraine were randomly divided into study group (drug combination psychotherapy group) and control group (simple drug group) in 80 cases,compared with the two groups of patients with the elimination of symptoms and treatment effect,symptom changes with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and depression Scale (HAMD),the efficacy of the comparison with the effective rate.Results There was a significant improvement in anxiety and depressive symptoms in the study group,no significant remission of anxiety and depressive symptoms in the control group,95% in the study Group,65% in the control group,and better in the study group than in the control group.Conclusion According to the curative effect analysis,drug therapy combined with psychotherapy is worth popularizing in psychiatric clinic.
