摘 要:目的:调查并分析中医医院医疗骨干工作倦怠现状及主要影响因素,为医院管理部门预防医生职业倦怠、提高工作满意度提供依据。方法:采用自行编制的调查表对上海某三甲中医医院的307名医疗骨干进行工作倦怠调查,运用SPSS进行多元回归分析。结果:有7个因素对医疗骨干的价值观产生了影响。这些影响因素有保护因素也有危险因素。保护因素有做自己感兴趣的工作、享受法定假期以及工作单位给予一定的健康指导。危险因素有性别、每周工作时长、医教研培训工作以及上下班时间是否准时。结论:中医医院医疗骨干是工作倦怠的高危群体之一,应及时采取有效的预防和干预措施,提高其工作满意度。Objectives:To learn status quo and its influence factors of key staff’s job burnout in TCM hospital and give evidence for preventing doctor’s job burnout and improving job satisfaction.Methods:307 key staffs in a top tertiary TCM hospital in Shanghai were selected to have a job burnout related self-designed questionnaire.Data were analyzed with multiple regressions by SPSS.Results:There are 7 factors influenced key staff’s work values with both protective factors and risk factors.Protective factors involve interesting work,have public holiday and healthcare guidance.Risk factors included gender,working hours per week,medical research and training,and punctuality of commuting time.Conclusion:Key staff in TCM hospitals is one of the high-risk groups of job burnout.Effective preventive and intervention measures should be taken in time to improve job satisfaction.
