摘 要:《医学免疫学》是重要的基础医学必修课程。学好《医学免疫学》对于医学本科生夯实基础医学储备、增强科学研究素养、促进临床医学实践能力具有重要作用。在本科生教学过程中,我们借鉴了“学-思-行”的教育思想,建立了《医学免疫学》“学-思-行”课堂。《医学免疫学》“学-思-行”课堂的核心是学思结合、知行统一,是教学过程中师生相互联系、相互促进的融合过程。初期实践中,该模式发挥了学生在学习中的主体地位,有效地提高了学员的学习主动性和积极性,提升了课堂效果,促进了他们的思考和实践能力,对本科生《医学免疫学》教学改革具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。Medical Immunology is an important compulsory course of basic medicine. Medical Immunology course during undergraduate studies plays an important role in consolidating basic medical knowledge, enhancing scientific research thinking and promoting clinical medical ability. In the process of undergraduate teaching, we applied the educational thought of " Learning-Thinking-Acting", and established the "Learning-Thinking-Acting" model of Medical Immunology course. In the initial practice, the model has positively encouraged students, effectively improved the irdtiative and enthusiasm of students, improved the learning results of students, promoted their thinking and practical ability, and has certain reference value and guiding significance for Undergraduates' teaching reform of Medical Immunology.
