现代学徒制在高职教育人才培养中的实践与探索——以许昌职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：现代学徒制是深化产教融合、完善职业教育体系、推动职业教育高质量发展的重要形式。该文以许昌职业技术学院现代学徒制的实施为例,介绍了现代学徒制的"134"校企合作方式,实施"345"制度提升,开展双导师培养,构建了"123"人才培养模式,摸索出"四双四融一体化育人"的以"1链条+4螺旋"专业诊改为核心的全过程现代学徒制育人体系,并对运行中出现的问题给出了相应的对策与建议。The system of modern apprenticeship is an important form of deepening the integration of labor and education,improving the vocational education system,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.Taking the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system at Xuchang Vocational and Technical College as an example,this paper introduces the"134"school-enterprise cooperation method of the modern apprenticeship system,implements the"345"system promotion,carries out double tutor training,and constructs the"123"talent training model.The author finds out the whole process of modern apprenticeship education system in which"four pairs and four integrations"is changed to the core with"one chain+four helix"professional consultation,and gives corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in operation.
