摘　　要：高职院校诊改工作是一项十分复杂又多变的工程,会受到内部和外部因素共同作用和影响,高职院校在保证诊改工作井然有序运作的过程中,也会容易诱发复杂多变的推进风险从而使得诊改工作难以正常开展。基于此,高职院校诊改工作必须在充分了解推进风险的内涵、产生原因和表现的基础上,才能保证诊改工作的有序开展,从而完善高职院校内部质量保证体系并提高人才培养水平的终极目标。Diagnosis and reform work in higher vocational colleges is a very complicated and changeable project,which will be affected by both internal and external factors.In the process of ensuring the orderly operation of diagnosis and reform work in higher vocational colleges,complicated and changeable promotion risks will be easily induced,thus making it difficult to carry out the diagnosis and reform work normally.Based on this,the diagnosis and reform work in higher vocational colleges must be based on a full understanding of the connotation,causes and performance of the promotion risk,so as to ensure the orderly development of the diagnosis and reform work,thus improving the internal quality assurance system of higher vocational colleges and improving the ultimate goal of personnel training level.
