摘  要:师范生职业技能是小学教师必备的基本素养,也是教师专业发展的基础和核心。在充分调研的基础上,以亳州学院初等教育专业为例,探索基于竞赛模式的师范生职业技能训练的有效实施策略。通过精准设定训练项目,分层开展技能训练,系统设计训练活动项目内容,强化完善支撑条件,构建基于竞赛引导的高校师范生职业技能实践模式,从而进一步提升师范生就业竞争力,为社会培养优质师资。Normal school students’ vocational skill is the essential basic quality of primary school teachers, and also the basis and core of teachers’ professional development. On the basis of full investigation, the effective implementation strategy of normal school students’ vocational skills training based on competition modes is explored by taking Primary Education Major of Bozhou University as an example. Through the way of accurately setting training programs, carrying out skill training in different levels, systematically designing the content of training activities, and strengthening and perfecting the supporting conditions, the practice mode of normal university students’ vocational skills based on competition guidance is effectively constructed, so as to further enhance the employment competitiveness of normal school students and cultivate high-quality teachers for the society.
