摘　　要：综合实践能力与创新能力培养高度依赖校外实践基地建设,校外实践基地的建设离不开政府、企业和社会的支持和高等学校的自身努力。建立校企长期合作机制、深入开展产学研合作、适当地分散实习和毕业设计是加强校外实践基地建设、提高学生综合实践能力与创新能力的重要措施。The cultivation of comprehensive practice ability and innovation ability highly depends on the construction of off-campus practice base.The construction of off-campus practice base can't be down without the support of the government,enterprises and society.It is also dependent upon the effort of universities.Establishing long-term cooperation mechanism between University and enterprise,developing the research cooperation between industry and University,proper decentralized practice are important measures to strengthen the construction of off-campus practice base and improve students'comprehensive practice ability and innovation ability.
