摘　　要：动物性食品卫生学是面向动物医学专业、动物卫生检验方向开设的必修课程之一。文章从教学队伍建设、教学内容、教学实验、教学方法和课程考核方式等五个方面进行了课程的教学改革与实践。Animal food hygiene is one of the compulsory courses for animal medicine.This article has carried on the teaching reform and the practice from the teaching team construction,the teaching content,the teaching experiment,the teaching method and the curriculumexamination way and so on.
