摘　　要：当下,新媒体成为当代大学生群体表达意见及公共参与的主要渠道,多元化的网络媒介对人们的认知方式及行为方式产生了深刻的影响。然而,多元的信息也传输着良莠不齐的价值观念,这给肩负“立德树人”根本任务的高校带来了新的挑战。文章从加强网络意见表达引导的必要性分析出发,结合新媒体时代下网络表达的特性研究,探索大学生网络意见表达引导机制的构建路径,为新媒体时代高校思想政治教育工作提供新思路。At present,the new media has become the main channel for the expression of opinions and public participation of contemporary college students.Diversified network media have had a profound impact on people's cognitive manners and behaviors.However,the diversified information transmits both good and bad values,which brings new challenges to the universities that shoulder the fundamental task of"strengthen moral education and cultivate people".This article starting from the necessity analysis of strengthening the expression guidance of network opinion,and combined with the research on the characteristics of network expression in the new media age,explored the construction path of the guidance mechanism of network opinion expression for college students,and provided new ideas for college ideological and political education work in the new media age.
