摘　　要：双导师制度建设的不完善和不健全,遮蔽了双导师制应有的成效。在科技协同创新和联合育人的双重压力下,研究生教育创新中心的双导师制发展到了关键的节点,处于止步观望的十字路口。基于此,本论文通过调研几个山西省研究生联合培养基地,分析了目前双导师制执行过程中存在的问题,并提出了具有针对性的双导师制建设方案。The construction of the double-tutor system is not perfect and unsound,and the effect of the double-tutor system is covered.Under the double pressure of scientific and technological co-innovation and joint education,the double-tutorial system of the postgraduate education and innovation center has developed to the key node and is at the intersection of the stop-and-see.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the implementation of the present double-tutorial system,and puts forward a targeted double-tutorial system.
