摘　　要：中国骨关节炎患者数量巨大,亟需改善骨关节炎症状的功能性食品原料。本文综述了非变性Ⅱ性胶原蛋白国内外改善关节炎的研究,阐述了其作用机理,认为非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白必将会成为改善关节炎症状的革命性功能原料,市场开发前景广阔。There are a large number of osteoarthritis patients in China,and functional food materials are urgently needed to improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis. This paper reviews the research on the improvement of arthritis by undenatured collagen Ⅱ,and elaborates its mechanism. It is believed that undenatured collagen Ⅱ will become a revolutionary functional raw material to improve the symptoms of arthritis and has a broad market prospect.
