摘  要:法国自1889年确立义务教育教师国家公务员制以来,不断调整和完善其教师工资制度,有效地改善了义务教育阶段教学质量,稳定了师资队伍。其教师工资制度在实施过程中呈现出财政投入力度大、资全分配差异化、工资发放有保障等特征。今年是我国教师绩效工资改革的第十年,其在实施的过程中也存在着一些问题和不足。分析法国教师工资改革过程中的成功经验,对落实我国义务教育教师工资待遇具有一定的借鉴意义。Since the establishment of the system of compulsory education teachers as civil servants in 1889, France has continuously adjusted and improved its teacher salary system, which has effectively improved the quality of teaching and stabilized the teachers troop of compulsory education. In the process of its implementation, the teacher salary system has the following characteristics, such as large financial input, differential fund allocation, and guaranteed salary distribution. It has been ten years since the reform of teachers' performance pay was carried out in China. There are also some problems and shortcomings in the process of implementation. The analysis of the successful experience in the process of French teacher salary reform has certain reference significance for implementing the salary of compulsory education teachers in China.
