摘　　要：基于扎根理论质性研究方法,通过对深度访谈资料进行扎根分析,将资料中知识共享障碍因素的相关内容进行概念化、范畴化和编码处理,构建了房地产企业项目团队间知识共享障碍因素模型。研究结果表明,4项主体因素、1项客体因素和4项环境因素是当前房地产企业项目团队间知识共享的主要障碍因素,为房地产企业管理者采取有效措施改善和提高知识共享效果奠定了理论基础。Based on the grounded theory approach,this paper conceptualizes,categorizes and encodes the relevant content of knowledge sharing barriers with interview data. A model based on knowledge sharing handicaps among project teams of real estate enterprises is established. Research results show that knowledge sharing performance among project teams are largely influenced by four subjective factors,one objective factor and four environmental factors in real estate enterprises. The findings of this study can provide the theoretical foundation for managers to improve knowledge sharing performance.
