摘  要:借鉴柯氏四级培训评估模式与布鲁姆-特内教学提问模式理论,构建"1+2+X模式"的医院品管圈内训实操考核框架,从知识水平、理解水平、运用水平、分析水平、综合水平、评价水平6方面对内训学员进行考核.实践证明,该框架能够切实考查受训者的知识掌握情况与实操能力,具有较好的实用性、适用性与推广性.下一步将开发在线考核系统,探索多种形式的考核,进一步提升考核效率.Based on the theory of Kirkpatrick Model and Broome-Turney questioning mode,the framework design of "1+2 + X mode" of hospital quality control circle interior training practice assessment was constructed which can assess the internal training student from six aspects of the knowledge level, the understanding level, the application level, the analysis level, the comprehensive level, and the evaluation level. Practice had proved that the framework can investigate the knowledge absorption and practical ability of trainees with good practicability, applicability and generalization.The next step was to develop an online assessment system, explore various forms of assessment, and further improve the efficiency of assessment.
