摘  要:健全职业教育制度早已成为世界上很多国家和地区提升国际竞争力和发展国家经济的重要抓手,因而职业教育立法获得了充分发展。在职业教育发展和推进社会主义法治化的进程中,我国的职业教育法律体系逐渐形成,但与我国社会经济和职业教育的发展相比,其有明显的滞后性。英国、美国、德国和日本的职业教育立法进程有序,已建立完善的职业教育法律体系,目前看,其职业教育立法体系建设超于我国。在新时代对职业教育发展新的需求前提下,分析英国、美国、德国、日本的职业教育立法特点,以他山之石,探讨完善我国职业教育法律体系的进路,对我职业教育事业发展意义重大。Improving the vocational education system has long been an important way for many countries and regions to enhance their international competitiveness and develop their national economy.And the vocational education legislation has been fully developed in the world.China’s vocational education legal system has gradually formed,but compared with the development of China’s social economy and vocational education,it has obvious lagging behind.The vocational education legislation process in the United Kingdom,the United States,Germany and Japan has been in good order,and a sound vocational education legal system has been established.Their construction of vocational education legal system is superior to China’s.In view of this,this paper compares and analyzes the characteristics of vocational education legislation in the above five countries,and explores the way to improve the legal system of vocational education in China.
