摘  要:“工匠精神”是任何职业包括化工行业都应具备的一种不可取代的职业道德,它体现了劳动者高层次技艺的要求,并凝炼成一种现实高形态文明的象征,同时也是应用化工技术专业培育学生“匠心”的客观需求和学生职业成长的现实要求。学生“匠心”的培育,要从营造“工匠精神”的氛围入手,转变重技轻人的价值取向;在教学模式创新中,导入并强化“工匠精神”;在教学内容革新中,融入并贯穿“工匠精神”;在“工匠精神”师资队伍建设中,倡导并传承“工匠精神”。文章以应用化工专业学生为例,对工科学生“匠心”培育的创新理念与实践进行了研究。"Craftsman Spirit" is an irreplaceable professional ethic that any profession, including chemical industry, should possess. It embodies the requirements of high-level skills of workers, and condenses into a symbol of high-level civilization in reality. It is also the objective requirement of cultivating students' creativity and the realistic requirement of students' professional growth in Applied Chemical Technology specialty. The cultivation of students' craftsmanship spirit should start with creating an atmosphere of "craftsmanship spirit", changing the value orientation of attaching importance to technology rather than people;introducing and strengthening "craftsmanship spirit" in the innovation of teaching mode;integrating and penetrating "craftsmanship spirit" in the innovation of teaching content;and advocating and inheriting "craftsmanship spirit" in the construction of "craftsmanship spirit" teaching staff.
