摘  要:近年来,大部分理工科高校逐渐认识到人文素养教育模块改革及创新的重要性,对于人文素质教育与科学素质教育的融合有新的尝试。许多研究者为我国理工科高校人文素质研究提供了详实的理论依据和新颖的教学改革观点,但大多数研究还停留在理论研究或者现状调查阶段,对于改革方案的具体措施并未深入探讨,文章将从人格塑造、文化洗礼、行为践行、虚拟历练四个方面进行探究,亟待提升理工科院校学生的人文素质。In recent years,most of the science and engineering universities have gradually realized the importance of the reform and innovation of humanistic quality education module,and have a new attempt to integrate humanistic quality education with scientific quality education.Many researchers have provided detailed theoretical basis and innovative teaching reform viewpoints for the study of humanistic quality in science and engineering universities in China.However,most of the studies are still at the stage of theoretical research or current situation investigation.The specific measures for the reform plan have not been discussed in depth.The article will focus on the four aspects of personality building,cultural baptism,behavioral practice and virtual experience so as to urgently improve the humanistic quality of students in science and engineering universities.
