摘 要:尽管基因检测和神经影像学方面的巨大进展对传统的神经肌肉病诊断模式提出修正,电诊断技术在儿科神经肌肉病诊断中仍然起着不可替代的作用。因为操作方面、患者耐受性及结果分析等因素,儿科电诊断检查相对成人有更大难度和挑战。为提高儿科肌电图的诊断水平更好地为临床服务,该文对电诊断技术在儿科中的应用特点进行以下综述。Although the great progress in gene detection and neuroimaging has revised the traditional neuromuscular disease diagnosis mode, electrical diagnosis technology still plays an irreplaceable role in the diagnosis of pediatric neuromuscular diseases. Because of operational factors, patient tolerance, and outcome analysis, pediatric electrical diagnostic tests are more difficult and challenging than adults. In order to improve the diagnostic level of pediatric electromyography for clinical services, this paper review the application characteristics of electrical diagnostic techniques in pediatrics.
