摘 要:为了探究永磁同步直线电动机的动态特性,针对其非线性、时变性和强耦合性的特点,建立电动机数学模型,将模糊控制思想与传统PID控制方法相结合,设计一种二输入三输出结构的模糊PID控制器控制直线电机。并以某平板型永磁直线电动机实验平台为基础,在Simulink中搭建控制系统仿真模型,加载初始速度和外部冲击力进行仿真分析。研究表明,在控制直线电动机的推力和速度方面,启动阶段传统PID控制效果明显优于模糊PID,而当系统存在外部冲击时模糊PID控制效果又明显优于传统PID。最后实验验证了两种不同控制方法对典型载荷工况的适用性。In order to investigate the dynamic characteristics of the permanent magnet synchronous linear motor,the mathematical model of the motor is established according to its characteristics of nonlinearity,time-variation and strong coupling,and the fuzzy control idea is combined with the traditional PID control method to design a two-input three-output structure fuzzy PID controller controls the linear motor.Based on a flat plate permanent magnet linear motor experiment platform,a simulation model of the control system was built in Simulink,and the initial velocity and external impact force were loaded for simulation analysis.The research shows that the traditional PID control effect in the start-up phase is obviously better than the fuzzy PID in controlling the thrust and speed of the linear motor,and the fuzzy PID control effect is obviously better than the traditional PID when the system has external impact.Finally,the experiment verifies the applicability of two different control methods to typical load conditions.
