摘 要:在“新工科”工程人才培养的大环境下,依托本体聚合创新创业实验的顺利实施,对高分子化学实验教学中学生实践创新创业能力的提高进行了探索,形成了一套较为完整的以学生为主体的高分子化学实验教学实践创新创业体系:采用连续本体聚合方法制备固体丙烯酸树脂并测试其结构性能.研究其在上光油中的应用,促使学生将理论学习和生产实际相结合,提高学生解决实际企业生产问题的能力;明确了学生、教师和企业在实验中的作用,并对其保障机制进行了探索。In the environment of talent cultivation for “ new engineering course”, an exploration for improving innovation ability of students during the polymer chemistry experiment teaching process is carried out, based on the implementation of bulk polymerization innovation experiment project. A complete student-oriented system for polymer chemistry experiment teaching practical innovation is formed. A series of acrylic resin will be synthesized by continuous bulk polymerization, and their structure and properties will be test. Based on these, students will learn how to combine theoretical knowledge with practical production and improve their ability to resolve the actual production problem. Finally, the function of student, teacher and company to the experiment is identified, and an investigation of the safeguard mechanism is also performed.
