摘 要:目的探讨手术室护士拖延行为与自我职业规划的相关性。方法采取整群抽样法,2018年11-12月以唐山市第二医院手术室65名护士为研究对象,运用人口学资料调查表、一般拖延量表、自我职业规划量表、焦虑自评量表进行相关调查,采用Pearson相关性分析法分析拖延行为与自我职业规划之间的相关性,同时对手术室护士拖延行为进行线性回归分析。结果 65名手术室护士拖延行为得分为53.63±12.37,其中无拖延14人(21.54%),轻度拖延43人(66.15%),重度拖延8人(12.31%);人口学特征单因素分析,不同职称、生育状况、编制、焦虑程度的手术室护士拖延行为评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);自我职业规划总得分为38.46±10.24,不同学历、护龄、职称、编制类型、生育状态、焦虑程度的手术室护士职业规划评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析,手术室护士拖延行为与继续教育、职业目标与策略、自我展示以及总职业规划呈负相关关系(P<0.05);经线性回归分析,生育状况、焦虑程度、继续教育、职业目标与策略是影响手术室护士拖延行为的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士拖延行为较为普遍,尤其在生育二孩、中重度焦虑护士中拖延行为表现更为突出,继续教育、职业目标与策略与拖延行为存在明显的相关性,是影响拖延行为的主要因素。Objective To explore the correlation between procrastination behavior and self-career planning among operating room nurses. Methods A total of 65 nurses from the Operating Room of the Tangshan Second Hospital, from November 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the research object by cluster sampling method. The investigation was performed by using the demographic information questionnaire, general procrastination scale, self-career planning scale, and anxiety self-assessment scale. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between procrastination behavior and self-career planning, and linear regression analysis was used to analyze the procrastination behavior of nurses in operating room. Results The procrastination scores of 65 operating room nurses were 53.63±12.37, among which 14(21.54%) had no procrastination behavior, 43(66.15%) had mild procrastination behavior and 8(12.31%) had severe procrastination behavior. According to the single factor analysis of demographic characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in the procrastination scores among operating room nurses with different professional titles, fertility status, employment form and anxiety degree(P<0.05). The overall score of self-career planning was 38.46 ±10.24 and there were statistically significant differences in the score of self-career planning among operating room nurses with different degree of education, nursing age, professional title, employment form, fertility status and anxiety level(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that procrastination of operating room nurses was negatively correlated with continuing education, career goals and strategies, self-presentation and overall career planning(P<0.05). The linear regression analysis showed that fertility status, anxiety level, continuing education, career goals and strategies were the main factors affecting the procrastination behavior of operating room nurses(P<0.05).
