摘　　要：采用问卷调查、座谈讨论、现场考察和搜阅网络资料等多种调研方法,深入展开“微生物检测”岗位定岗实习标准的研究。根据调研结果,从实习目标、实习时间、实习条件、实习内容、实习管理和实习考核评价等六个方面加以分析,初步构建定岗实习“微生物检测”岗位实习标准。The study on the practice standard of "microbial detection" was carried out in depth by questionnaires, discussion, site visits and searching network data. According to the results of the investigation, six aspects of the practice objectives, practice time, practice conditions, practice content, practice management and practice evaluation are analyzed, the practice standard of "microbial detection" post assignment are preliminarily constructed.
