摘 要:研究目的:填料性质是影响路基填筑质量的重要因素,路基不同结构层位对填料应有合理的材质指标要求。基于点荷载试验换算的饱和单轴抗压强度,对风化程度不同的软质千枚岩试样进行分组,分别开展物理、水理和力学性质试验,研究工程特性与饱和单轴抗压强度之间的关系,分析软质千枚岩填料用于路基填筑的适用性,提出铁路路基各层位填料的材质指标建议值。研究结论:(1)软质千枚岩作为石质填料用于铁路路基基床表层填筑时,母岩饱和单轴抗压强度Rc≥25 MPa,压碎值CA <16%,洛杉矶磨耗率LAA≤40%,岩块具有极高等耐久性;(2)用于基床底层填筑时,相应的Rc≥20 MPa,CA <18%,LAA≤50%;(3)用于基床以下路堤填筑时,可取R_c≥15 MPa,CA <20%,LAA≤55%,此时,岩块仍具有高等耐久性;(4)本研究成果可为完善铁路路基工程的设计和施工技术提供借鉴或参考。Research purposes: Filler property is an important factor affecting roadbed filling quality, the different structural layer parts of the subgrade should have reasonable material index requirements for the filler. Through saturated uniaxial compressive strength based on point load test, the soft phyllite samples with different weathering degrees were grouped, then experiments on physical, hydraulic and mechanical properties were carried out respectively, the relationship between engineering properties and saturated uniaxial compressive strength was studied, the applicability of soft phyllite fillers for roadbed filling was analyzed, the values of material indexes for each layer of filler for railway subgrade were proposed. Research conclusions:( 1 ) When soft phyllite used as stone filler for surface filling of railway subgrade bed, the saturated uniaxial compressive strength of parent rock Rc ≥ 25 MPa, crush value CA < 16%, Los Angeles wear rate LAA≤40%, the rock blocks have extremely high durability;(2) When used in the bottom of the bed, corresponding Rc ≥20 MPa, CA < 18%, LAA ≤50%;(3) When used in the embankment below the bed, Rc ≥15 MPa, CA <20%, LAA≤55%, the rock blocks still have high durability;(4) The research results can provide reference for improving the design and construction technology of railway subgrade engineering.
