伺服系统在高炉无料钟炉顶中的应用

摘　　要：阐述了无料钟炉顶布料控制原理。无料钟炉顶料流调节阀、溜槽驱动均采用液压伺服系统控制,使系统的输出精确地跟随指令值变化,响应时间短及定位精度高,满足了无料钟炉顶多环布料控制要求。Present the principle of distribution control of the bell-less top. The hydraulic servo system is used to control the regulating valve and chute drive of the bell-less top. The output of system can change w让h command values accurately. Response time is short, and positioning accuracy is high so as to meet the requirements of multi-link distribution control of the bell-less top.
