On the Problems and Improvement of the Cultivation of Applied Top Talents Jointly Cultivated by Vocational Colleges and Undergraduates Universities

摘  要:开展本科层次应用技术人才的培养是现代职业教育体系的内在要求,本科与高职院校联合培养高层次应用技术人才实践中存在目标定位不清晰、课程对接不到位、师资融合不足、学生认知不足、跨校管理繁杂等问题,提出互补双方优势、统一各类教学标准、共建师资团队、建立学生互动互访常态机制、推进线上线下跨校协同管理等的优化策略。It is the inherent requirement of the modern vocational education system to carry out the cultivation of applied technical undergraduates. The following problems exist in the jointly cultivation mode of applied top talents carried out by vocational colleges and universities: the teaching objection is not clear;the curriculum is not well targeted;the faculty cooperation is insufficient, students lack initiations;inter-university management is complicated. This paper aims to propose the optimization strategies, such as combing the advantages of the both sides, setting teaching standards, building a faculty team, establishing a normal mechanism for interactions between teachers and students and promoting online and offline inter-university collaborative management.
