摘　　要：为了破解高职水务管理专业技术人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧“两张皮”难题,拟构建满足智慧水务建设需要的任务式人才培养模式下的立体交叉课程体系。从课程观、课程目标、课程结构、课程内容等维度重构,以期达到培养学生熟练使用OA、水务管理信息化系统的管理与维护、开发数据分析与处理软件、水务管理信息技术应用创新四个层次能力,最终将学生培养成多专业融合的复合型人才。In order to address the imbalance between the supply side and the industrial demand in the education of water management talents in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes a multilevel cross-curriculum system under the task-based talent education mode. This mode tries to reconstruct the curriculum from the perspectives of outlook, objectives, structure and content, which aims to train and improve students' abilities in the following four aspects: utility of OA system, management and maintenance of water management information system, development of data analysis and processing software as well as application and innovation of water management information technology. The ultimate goal of the reconstruction of the curriculum is to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents.
