高职院校校内实训基地系统化建设实践探索

摘　　要：实训基地是实现高职院校高素质技术技能型人才培养目标的重要载体和保障条件。目前各高职院校的校内实训基地存在缺乏整体性统筹、缺失建设标准和先进管理手段、投入主体不够多元、服务社会能力不足等问题。借鉴系统论理论,提出从高职院校人才培养顶层设计入手,系统规划设计校内实训基地,建设通用技能、专业基础技能、专业创新技能三层级基地实现功能系统化;通过制定实训基地建设标准,实施管理精益化和信息化达到建设管理的系统化;提升实训基地服务人才培养、技术和社会服务能力,达到作用发挥的系统化等对策。The practical training bases are the important supporting and guarantee conditions for accomplishing the goals of high qualified skill talents of higher vocational colleges. Although higher vocational colleges have input large amount of money into the practical training bases, and the training conditions have improved dramatically, there are still questions,such as, less of integration consideration, construction standardization and poor management. The input is not variant, and poor social services. We draw from the systematic theories, and design from the top of talent cultivation, to organize the practical training bases systematically. We construct three level practical training bases, that is general skills, professional basic and innovation skills to meet functional systematization. We also put forward lean production and information, in order to raise the ability for serving teaching and society to satisfy effect systematization .
