摘　　要：作为对既有领导力研究国际文献计量的具体化和国内传统定性综述的量化补充,本文基于新中国成立70年(1949-2018)以来管理学、应用心理学领域以"领导力(Leadership)"为标题内容发表在Web of Science数据库国际顶级期刊的英文论文和中国知网(简称CNKI)数据库中国内重要期刊的中文论文,运用Citespace等可视化科学工具,绘制中国情境下领导力研究的关键词共现知识图谱及关键词战略图,展示该领域研究全景、发展轨迹、研究热点和趋势。本文结论如下:(1)2002年之前相对封闭,国内重要期刊相关论文主要集中于领导制度分析,多为思辨型;国际顶级期刊仅发表7篇,主要关注西方领导理论如变革型、魅力型领导及跨文化比较、中国情境下的适应性;(2)2003-2012年,39篇国际顶级期刊论文主要集中于变革型、家长型领导,国内学者开始引进国际学术界的主流范式--定量研究,国内重要期刊发表的275篇论文多是在中国情境下验证国际上既有的领导理论;(3)2013-2018年,国内国际相关研究趋于同步,分别发表461篇、99篇,各类经典领导(如变革型领导)行为对各类绩效的影响及作用机制是共同关心的研究重点,各类新兴领导(如伦理型领导)行为对各类新兴结果变量(如创新行为、建言行为、亲组织非伦理行为等)的影响及作用机制是近期的研究热点。综上,中国学者逐渐融入国际管理学主流社区并取得丰富成果。面对技术发展和社会转型所带来的一系列挑战,领导力研究应当努力从跨学科的前沿视角,回应现实诉求,解决重大关切问题,推动中国领导力理论和实践取得新进展。Using a scientific visualization tool CiteSpace and 145 international leadership works, which were published in 64 top international journals and collected from the Web of Science database, and 852 domestic works which were published in 28 top domestic journals and collected from the CNKI database from 1949 to 2018, we draws keyword occurrence knowledge map and keyword strategy map to visualize the landscape and evolution of leadership research and analyze the hot topics and research trends in the field of leadership. The research found that:(1) Before 2002, relevant papers in the domestic journal were mainly focused on the analysis of the leadership system, which was mostly speculative;There were only 7 articles published in 64 international top journal, mainly focusing on Western leadership theories such as transformational, charismatic leadership and cross-cultural comparison;(2) From 2003 to 2012, 39 articles published in international top journal mainly focus on transformational and parental leadership. Domestic scholars have begun to introduce mainstream quantitative research paradigm in international academic community, and more than 275 domestic articles were validating existing leadership theories in the Chinese context;(3) From 2013 to 2018, domestic and international researches tends to be synchronized, with 461 and 99 papers published respectively. In addition to the researches on the influence and Influence path that various classic leaders(such as transformational leadership) have on various performance variables, how emerging leaderships(such as ethical leadership) affect on various emerging outcome variables(such as creativity, voice behavior, Unethical Pro-organizational behavior etc.) is hot topic for future research. Chinese scholars have integrated into the mainstream community of international management and achieved rich results.
