摘 要:高等教育公平与否是价值判断。高等教育公平表面上是管理问题,本质上是人公平感的阈限问题,这也是评估域理论本真的思想。评估域视角高等教育公平存在多种逻辑关系,目前比较突出的有高低关系、新旧关系、内外关系。公平管理只是达成公平的手段之一,公平管理的风险抑或不公平现象的出现及加深是难以控制的,而公平启蒙及个性化教育、公平诉求系统的建立及有效服务是遵循公平逻辑、实现高等教育公平的有效路径。It is a value judgment that whether the higher education is fair or not. On the surface, the fairness of higher education is a kind of management issues. It is yet a threshold of people’s sense of fairness in essence and the core idea of assessment domain theory. There are many logical relations in higher education fairness from the perspective of assessment domain. At present, there are some prominent issues such as high and low relations, old and new relations, internal and external relations. Fairness management is only one of the means to achieve fairness. It is yet hard to control the risk of fairness management or the emergence and deepening of unfair phenomena. Fairness enlightenment, individualized education, establishment and effective service of fairness appeal system are the effective ways to follow the fair logic and realize the fairness of higher education.
